What is the badge?

If your project is listed on YunoDB, you can show a small "Featured on YunoDB" badge in your README, docs or website. It links to your tool page, where visitors can see your quality score, related tools and comparisons.

Featured on YunoDB

How to add it

  • Open your tool page on YunoDB.
  • Find "Add this badge to your README" below the main content and click Copy next to the Markdown snippet.
  • Paste it at the top of your README.md (or use the HTML snippet anywhere else).

Styles and options

Add query parameters to the image URL. The badge works with shields.io-compatible styles; unknown values fall back to the defaults.

?style=flatFeatured on YunoDB (flat)
?style=flat-squareFeatured on YunoDB (flat-square)
?style=for-the-badgeFeatured on YunoDB (for-the-badge)
?label=Listed%20onListed on: Featured
?message=categoryYunoDB category badge

Example

Replace the slug with the one in your tool page URL (yunodb.com/tools/{slug}). If your project was renamed, the old slug keeps working.

Free, no tracking

The badge is free and you do not need an account. The image sets no cookies and runs no scripts; the only tracking is the utm_source=github&utm_medium=badge parameter on the link, which tells us visits came from a badge.
