What it is

video-shotcraft is an AI video skill for Claude Code and Codex that creates cinematic product videos using Remotion. It captures real product pages, selects shots from a library of tuned motion recipes, storyboards the film, animates it with Remotion, adds beat-synced cuts and sound design, and produces a finished MP4. Every frame is drawn by code from the user's own screenshots and copy, so the result is editable. It is not a video generator.

Use cases

The skill is used to produce promotional product videos. Users can describe the desired film in natural language to the agent, which then captures product pages, picks shots from the library, and builds the film. It can be used for launch films, feature presentations, or custom shot designs inspired by existing recipe cards.
