Overview of LocalMiniDrama
What it is
LocalMiniDrama is an open-source local AI short drama and comic drama generation tool. It provides a complete pipeline from story to finished video, running entirely offline so that all data stays on the user's machine. The project is built from scratch with pure JavaScript and requires the user to bring their own AI API keys.

- Complete creation workflow: story generation, script editing, character generation, scene generation, prop generation, storyboard generation, image/video generation, and video compositing.
- One-click pipeline: automatically runs from character creation to final video, intelligently skips already completed content, and retries failed steps up to 3 times.
- Project export/import as ZIP archive, global asset library, and support for 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 aspect ratios.
- Canvas workflow (LibTV-style): vertical pipeline, node operation panel, right-click/toolbar to create new items, workflow group batch re-run, and persistent layout with curve connections.
- Multi-model support: Tongyi, Volcano Engine, Kling AI, Agnes AI, Google Gemini, Vidu, and more.
- Independent configuration for image, video, and text models; one-click setup for Tongyi and Volcano; 9 customizable prompt templates.
