What it is
Data-Analysis-Agent is an AI agent designed for business analysis scenarios. It connects to data sources and allows users to ask questions in natural language. The system then automatically performs data structure identification, SQL generation and execution, chart generation, and business insight analysis. It is developed by Zafer-Liu and has applied for Chinese computer software copyright (acceptance number 2026R11S0817877, software name: Natural Language Interactive Business Data Analysis Software V1.0).

- Natural language data analysis: users input plain language questions, and the system generates SQL, queries data, recommends charts, and provides analysis summaries.
- Multi-data source support: supports Excel/CSV files and databases including SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Intelligent chart system: automatically recommends the most suitable chart from 6 categories and 43 chart types (comparison, time trend, distribution, geography, relationship, proportion).
- SSE streaming analysis: the analysis process is displayed in real-time with step-by-step progress indicators.
- Multi-model compatibility: supports DeepSeek, OpenAI, AtlasCloud, and any OpenAI SDK compatible API with custom base_url, model, and api_key.
- Data analysis functions: includes outlier handling, decile grouping analysis, K-Means clustering, decision tree modeling, and more.
- Report generation: supports exporting to Excel, docx reports, and built-style PPT.
